Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) When Nilmar Maia came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Itapixe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nilmar Maia couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute Murilo Meirelles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willian Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Didi Faria in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademir Simões prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fernandinho Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademir Simões having to interfere. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Itapixe's goalkeeper Ademir Simões, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Willian Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murilo Meirelles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Murilo Meirelles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Didi Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the match, Itapixe's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandinho Castro came free, but Ademir Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Murilo Meirelles to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Didi Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Martír F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Didi Faria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Martír F.C's Willian Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murilo Meirelles in the 57th minute of play. Nilmar Maia might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Willian Carneiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nilmar Maia ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murilo Meirelles in the 69th minute of play forced Martír F.C's goalkeeper Willian Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Márcio Branco hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Ademir Simões was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fernandinho Castro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 72 minute of play. If Murilo Meirelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Itapixe's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandinho Castro came free, but Ademir Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ademir Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandinho Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
