Tabaqueiro AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goitizeiro FC the free kick. The Goitizeiro FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After a rather tough play, Tabaqueiro AD's Walmir Fonseca got a free kick in the 56th minute. Baltazar Quirino's late challenge caught a Goitizeiro FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baltazar Quirino helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tabaqueiro AD getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Baltazar Quirino hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute Rafinha de Queiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabino Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
