Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Durval Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hortêncio Travassos, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Luisão Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bismarck's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisão Sena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Durval Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Bismarck getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Jeremias Perez hit a great ball. Percy Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Durval Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Boiacu getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ricardinho Rossi hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Boiacu's Ricardinho Rossi got a free kick in the 18th minute. Belchior Melo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 19th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Hortêncio Travassos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Machado having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Bismarck's Percy Faria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Durval Machado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hortêncio Travassos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hortêncio Travassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Percy Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Durval Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Durval Machado came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bismarck's Percy Faria. But to his dismay, Percy Faria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Bismarck's Matheus Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fellipe Amaral in the 38th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Boiacu's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Perez came free, but Durval Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fellipe Amaral was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Bismarck's zone, Fellipe Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matheus Carioca came out of the goal and Fellipe Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the match, Boiacu's goalkeeper Durval Machado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hortêncio Travassos. After a defensive mix-up in Boiacu's zone, Percy Faria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Durval Machado came out of the goal and Percy Faria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 62 played minutes Boiacu got a freekick which was hit by Ricardinho Rossi. Matheus Carioca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Brito in the 66th minute of play. Fellipe Amaral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matheus Carioca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Percy Faria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Durval Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Durval Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hortêncio Travassos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belchior Melo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Durval Machado. Boiacu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 79th minute of the match Nelsinho de Castro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Durval Machado showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Osvaldo Brito fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boiacu's protests and gave Osvaldo Brito a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Hortêncio Travassos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Durval Machado made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Percy Faria sent off a good shot on target. If Fellipe Amaral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match was over Bismarck could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Boiacu throughout the match.
