Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute, Padre AD's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kléberson de Godoi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Kléberson de Godoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Wanderson Sá tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedrão Batista in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conrado Sá saved Estopa FC from getting behind. Kléberson de Godoi struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Wanderson Sá didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estopa FC. After 26 played minutes Estopa FC got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo Velasco. The crowd rose to their feet as Celsinho Mattos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wanderson Sá. That made the score 1-0 in the 30 minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Padre AD's Pedrão Batista sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Conrado Sá narrowly saved just below the crossbar. William de Castro's late challenge caught a Padre AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. William de Castro helped the player get up and apologised. After 40 played minutes Estopa FC got a freekick which was hit by William de Castro. 45 minutes into the match, Estopa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredinho de Sousa came free, but Conrado Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute, William de Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in Estopa FC's zone, Pedrão Batista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Sá came out of the goal and Pedrão Batista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Estopa FC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Carlinhos França hit a great ball. When Alfredinho de Sousa came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Padre AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredinho de Sousa couldn't finish the play. In the 68th match minute, Estopa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William de Castro to maneuver through the defense. Eduardo Ferraz hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Alfredinho de Sousas short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Conrado Sá to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Estopa FC fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Estopa FC's Celsinho Mattos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kléberson de Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celsinho Mattos in the 92nd minute of play forced Padre AD's goalkeeper Wanderson Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Pedrão Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Padre AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedrão Batista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
