An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Alberto Araújo in the 39th minute of play forced Paranauna FC's goalkeeper Edgard Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Murilo Macedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juninho Goiano in the 43rd minute of the match. Vitório Paiva hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Macinha FC's Matheus Furtado tried to score from far away in the 45th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Edgard Ramos made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Carlos Alberto Araújo sent off a good shot on target. Tales Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murilo Macedo having to interfere. Edgard Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastião Quaresma in the 73rd minute of the match. Paranauna FC's Edgard Ramos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Paranauna FC from getting a goal against them. Juninho Goiano kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Amadeu Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Edgard Ramos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carlos Alberto Araújo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 86 minute of play. Raí Bertassi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Macinha FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
