Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Waldemar Simão started the match with the kick off. After 5 played minutes Ibatiba got a freekick which was hit by Benedito Vidal. Jenesare EC's Maurício Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deivid Pirani in the 11th minute of play. In the 12thth minute of the game Waldemar Simão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ibatiba's Umberto Salles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Deivid Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Aníbal Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute Deivid Pirani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurício Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurício Abreu was a little too slow when Deivid Pirani got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-0. Aníbal Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40thth minute of the game Alex Branco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ibatiba's Umberto Salles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aníbal Carneiro struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Maurício Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ibatiba. If Deivid Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Deivid Pirani made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Waldemar Simão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umberto Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aníbal Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waldemar Simão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute, Alex Branco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Ibatiba's Deivid Pirani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maurício Abreu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alex Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umberto Salles having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Jenesare EC's goal looked a bit too open when Deivid Pirani came free, but Maurício Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurício Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aníbal Carneiro in the 84th minute of play. Umberto Salles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Simão in the 89th minute of play.
