The Pochica SC fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Pochica SC's Wilson Valladares looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Inácio Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Vladimir Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. William Matos hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Wilson Valladares's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Basílio Alagoano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 21st minute of the match, Inácio Quintal got a very nice opportunity to score, but Basílio Alagoano was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Inácio Quintal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Basílio Alagoano made a huge save. In the 29th minute, Wilson Valladares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Pochica SC's Wilson Valladares in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tamanoua's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Tamanoua's zone, Telmo Pitta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basílio Alagoano came out of the goal and Telmo Pitta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. William Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Wilson Valladares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basílio Alagoano having to interfere. Vítor Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Basílio Alagoano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilson Valladares in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basílio Alagoano saved Tamanoua from getting behind. Basílio Alagoano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson Valladares in the 43rd minute of the match. When João Francisco Prata came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Pochica SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Francisco Prata couldn't finish the play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wilson Valladares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Wilson Valladares scored 3-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basílio Alagoano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wilson Valladares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tamanoua's Cássio Freitas got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jaime Tróia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vladimir Leal in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute, Inácio Quintal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basílio Alagoano was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Basílio Alagoano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilson Valladares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Vítor Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pochica SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vítor Motta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basílio Alagoano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute, Tamanoua's Cássio Freitas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-1. In the 87thth minute of the game Wilson Valladares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tamanoua's Basílio Alagoano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Tamanoua's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Motta came free, but Basílio Alagoano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, Vítor Motta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Basílio Alagoano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tamanoua's Basílio Alagoano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson Valladares in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Freitas in the 95th minute of play forced Pochica SC's goalkeeper Jaime Tróia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Pochica SC's goalkeeper Jaime Tróia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vladimir Leal. Pochica SC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
