After a rather tough play, Brejauva EC's Felippe Camargo got a free kick in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the match, Brejauva EC's goal looked a bit too open when Chicão Souza came free, but Aloísio Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 5 minutes, Alfredinho Senna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brejauva EC and the Pochica SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, Alfredinho Senna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sidney Aguiar during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 7 played minutes Brejauva EC got a freekick which was hit by Sidney Aguiar. 8 minutes into the game, Wilson Valladares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Aloísio Godoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aloísio Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inácio Quintal, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The audience was convinced that Wilson Valladares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aloísio Godoi was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. When Alfredinho Senna came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Brejauva EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfredinho Senna couldn't finish the play. Aloísio Godoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilson Valladares's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Aloísio Godoi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilson Valladares went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After having played for 27 minutes, Inácio Quintal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pochica SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inácio Quintal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aloísio Godoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilson Valladares's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. The Pochica SC fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Pochica SC's Wilson Valladares looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 41st play minute Alfredinho Senna came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jaime Tróia. 1-3. Pochica SC's Wilson Valladares got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Brejauva EC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pochica SC were winning 1-3.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilson Valladares made a kick off. Felippe Mesquita kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Wilson Valladares took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Aloísio Godoi to make any attempt to save it. Wilson Valladares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Vítor Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Inácio Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Pochica SC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Oscar Baiano hit a great ball. Alfredinho Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Pochica SC's Wilson Valladares ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aloísio Godoi. Aloísio Godoi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Wilson Valladares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pochica SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilson Valladares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aloísio Godoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 75 minutes into the game, Inácio Quintal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Aloísio Godoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 79th minute Alfredinho Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wilson Valladares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wilson Valladares who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Aloísio Godoi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Vítor Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 85th minute, Wilson Valladares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 92 minutes, Alfredinho Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brejauva EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredinho Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Hasan Can Mithat sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Aloísio Godoi threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Hasan Can Mithat this time. Wilson Valladares might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aloísio Godoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilson Valladares ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match was over Pochica SC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Brejauva EC throughout the match.
