Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Enrique Sanches started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Charles das Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Vieira having to interfere. If Isaltino Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Enrique Sanches recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Enrique Sanches fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arlindo Dias having to interfere. The supporters of SCInternacional booed when Largao FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Mello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arlindo Dias came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by SCInternacional's Isaltino Leão. But to his dismay, Isaltino Leão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cacá Correia struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Cristiano Vieira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Largao FC. In the 25th minute, Enrique Sanches made a precise shot to the right of Arlindo Dias. Largao FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Enrique Sanches struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Arlindo Dias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SCInternacional. SCInternacional's Moisés Braga got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Igor Mello to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Leonardo Lopez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SCInternacional's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Largao FC the free kick. In the 55th minute Charles das Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Lopez kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SCInternacional's zone, Igor Mello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristiano Vieira came out of the goal and Igor Mello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, SCInternacional's Francisco Rodrigues got a free kick in the 71st minute. Cristiano Vieira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Charles das Neves went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After having played for 80 minutes, Isaltino Leão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SCInternacional's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaltino Leão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Enrique Sanches fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SCInternacional's protests and gave Enrique Sanches a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SCInternacional getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Enrique Sanches hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Francisco Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 played minutes SCInternacional got a freekick which was hit by Nelson Miranda. When the final whistle went the supporters of SCInternacional were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Largao FC side.
