Oséias Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvério Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Fabi e Rafa Sport Clube's goalkeeper Oséias Moura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedrão de Brito. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvério Pereira in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oséias Moura saved Fabi e Rafa Sport Clube from getting behind. Oséias Moura made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedrão de Brito in the 23rd minute. Pedrão de Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oséias Moura having to interfere. Fabi e Rafa Sport Clube's Clemente Prado got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonardo Catarinense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dé da Mata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Pedrão de Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvério Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Oséias Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiago Aparecido hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Oséias Moura made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedrão de Brito in the 37th minute. After having played for 44 minutes, Leonardo Catarinense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fabi e Rafa Sport Clube's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonardo Catarinense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute, Clemente Prado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dé da Mata was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonardo Catarinense made a kick off. Fabi e Rafa Sport Clube's Oséias Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrão de Brito in the 53rd minute of play. Clemente Prado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dé da Mata having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Fabi e Rafa Sport Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Silvério Pereira came free, but Oséias Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fabi e Rafa Sport Clube fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! The supporters of Fabi e Rafa Sport Clube booed when Moitas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magno Batista didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Moitas's goalkeeper Dé da Mata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Clemente Prado. 72 minutes into the match, Moitas's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Catarinense came free, but Dé da Mata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvério Pereira in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oséias Moura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Pereira in the 97th minute of play forced Fabi e Rafa Sport Clube's goalkeeper Oséias Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Prado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Dé da Mata made a huge save. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
