In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belamento SC's goalkeeper Oséias Mineiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 6th minute Oscar Maia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséias Mineiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Márcio Castro came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Itapoama SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Márcio Castro couldn't finish the play. Márcio Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Oséias Mineiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Itapoama SS's zone, Frederico Silveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Schmidt came out of the goal and Frederico Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Márcio Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Márcio Castro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oséias Mineiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Maia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the match, Belamento SC's goal looked a bit too open when Márcio Castro came free, but Oséias Mineiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Márcio Castro might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oséias Mineiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Márcio Castro ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Maia in the 41st minute of play forced Belamento SC's goalkeeper Oséias Mineiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Márcio Castro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdemar Rezende made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Oscar Maia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Oséias Mineiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Márcio Castro succeeded in the game's 57th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. After 62 minutes, Frederico Silveira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Belamento SC and the Itapoama SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Belamento SC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Frederico Silveira hit a great ball. Márcio Castro succeeded in the game's 67th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. Valdemar Rezende charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valdemar Rezende the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Oséias Mineiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Márcio Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 89th minute Itapoama SS were awarded a corner. Pedro Cabral went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Itapoama SS's corner Josué Fontes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oséias Mineiro quite easily take care of the ball. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belamento SC's goalkeeper Oséias Mineiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Oséias Mineiro made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Oscar Maia sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Itapoama SS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
