Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Caraibuna's goalkeeper Waldir de Moraes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 4th minute, Franklin Garcia made a precise shot to the right of Chicão Alagoano. Edmundo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Franklin Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lúcio Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Chicão Alagoano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lúcio Valadares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norberto Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Chicão Alagoano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lúcio Valadares, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Chicão Alagoano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lúcio Valadares in the 19th minute of play. Franklin Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chicão Alagoano having to interfere. But to his dismay, Franklin Garcia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 38th minute, Lúcio Valadares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caraibuna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Franklin Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 44 minutes, Franklin Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caraibuna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Franklin Garcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Roberto Peixoto was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Lúcio Valadares fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Chicão Alagoano, passed just outside the right post. Franklin Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Chicão Alagoano made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lúcio Valadares in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chicão Alagoano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lúcio Valadares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Belchior Dante kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After 69 played minutes Edmundo got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Mendes. Cléberson Gaspar was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 70th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franklin Garcia got free with Chicão Alagoano in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Franklin Garcia struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Chicão Alagoano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caraibuna. In the 80th match minute, Edmundo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Belchior Dante to maneuver through the defense. When Norberto Mendes fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Edmundo's protests and gave Norberto Mendes a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 84 minutes, Franklin Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caraibuna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Franklin Garcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Chicão Alagoano managed to avoid a goal in the 89thth minute, when Caraibuna's Franklin Garcia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lúcio Valadares in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chicão Alagoano saved Edmundo from getting behind. Doni do Vale hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Caraibuna's Franklin Garcia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Chicão Alagoano. That made the score 0-4 after 96 minutes of play.
