Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Severino Guerra took the kick off in the first half of the match. Severino Guerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Mário Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severino Guerra in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mário Tasso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. André Luís Lira hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Severino Guerra struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Mário Tasso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Itacare SS. After 21 played minutes Itacare SS got a freekick which was hit by Severino Guerra. A collision led to Itacare SS getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Gabriel Altúnkov hit a great ball. Fábio da Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miromir Nowakowski having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luís Fernando Leme stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnaldo Brito during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 61st minute, João Félix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Itacare SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Fábio da Rocha in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Miromir Nowakowski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mário Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severino Guerra in the 69th minute of the match. If Claudinei Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Fernando Leme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 76 minutes, Fábio da Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jacarei's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fábio da Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 82 minutes, Joélson Negri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jacarei and the Itacare SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jacarei getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Luís Fernando Leme hit a great ball. Mário Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Félix in the 86th minute of play. If Severino Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 98 minutes into the game, Severino Guerra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Mário Tasso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Itacare SS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
