The audience thought a goal was coming when Raúl Perez got free with Matías Damião in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th minute, Gustavo Prado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Durval Bastos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jacuquara's Matías Damião played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Prado in the 23rd minute of play. In the 27th minute Raúl Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matías Damião saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matías Damião stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo Prado's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Matías Damião showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Prado, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Jacuquara's goalkeeper Matías Damião had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raúl Perez.
