After a defensive mix-up in Mozarlandia SC's zone, Róbson Valadares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celsinho de Souza came out of the goal and Róbson Valadares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anel's Claudinho Pinho got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Anel booed when Mozarlandia SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sérgio Alvarenga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celsinho de Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudinho Pinho in the 86th minute of the match.
