With his leg Adhemar Figueiredo managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Manchester FC's Fernandinho Coelho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 26 minutes into the match, Curva SS's goalkeeper Adhemar Figueiredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geraldo Andrade. Luan Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nando Dionísio in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Cipriano Esteves suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Genílson Aguiar's late challenge caught a Curva SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Genílson Aguiar helped the player get up and apologised. Genílson Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Fernandinho Coelho made a precise shot to the right of Adhemar Figueiredo. Curva SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 39th match minute, Curva SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nando Dionísio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Augusto de Lima in the 41st minute of play forced Curva SS's goalkeeper Adhemar Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Manchester FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Fernandinho Coelho hit a great ball. Sílvio Luiz Novaes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Luan Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Augusto de Lima to strike the kick off in the second half. Fernandinho Coelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adhemar Figueiredo having to interfere. Luan Godoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sílvio Luiz Novaes in the 62nd minute. In the 62nd minute, Genílson Aguiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sílvio Luiz Novaes struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Luan Godoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curva SS. Curva SS's Nando Dionísio got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sílvio Luiz Novaes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the game, Sílvio Luiz Novaes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Luan Godoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 88 minutes into the match, Manchester FC's Carlos Augusto de Lima sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adhemar Figueiredo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sílvio Luiz Novaes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Luan Godoi made a huge save. After 92 played minutes Manchester FC got a freekick which was hit by Genílson Aguiar. After having played for 93 minutes, Sílvio Luiz Novaes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curva SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sílvio Luiz Novaes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manchester FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Curva SS for a fine match.
