Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arthur Sarmento took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 8 minutes, Yuri de Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Furacão F.A.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Yuri de Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geovânio Paraibano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arthur Sarmento's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. The supporters of Furacão F.A. booed when Funilandia AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo França didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Yuri de Senna notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Funilandia AD's Geovânio Paraibano. Geovânio Paraibano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cléberson Ceresso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Claudinei de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cléberson Ceresso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudinei de Toledo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. After 25 played minutes Funilandia AD got a freekick which was hit by Valdemar Santana. If Fabrício Loureiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Arthur Sarmento sped through Funilandia AD's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Geovânio Paraibano. Arthur Sarmento struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Geovânio Paraibano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Furacão F.A.. 48 minutes into the match, Funilandia AD's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrício Soares came free, but Geovânio Paraibano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Furacão F.A. were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabrício Loureiro was the one to do the kick off. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Arthur Sarmento got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Yuri de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geovânio Paraibano having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Funilandia AD's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Sarmento came free, but Geovânio Paraibano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arthur Sarmento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evandro Cunha hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Felipe de Toledo hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. André Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Furacão F.A.'s Fabrício Soares broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Claudinei de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrício Loureiro in the 90th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Furacão F.A.'s goal looked a bit too open when Fabrício Loureiro came free, but Claudinei de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Arthur Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Furacão F.A. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Funilandia AD.
