Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd match minute, Broking FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Paraíba to maneuver through the defense. 5 minutes into the match, Gercinopolis SC's Ricardinho Tasso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oséias Zanette narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juninho da Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Carlos Fernando Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Dadá de Senna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Gercinopolis SC's Eurico Rossi got a free kick in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osvaldo Paraíba in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Fernando Cordeiro saved Gercinopolis SC from getting behind. Carlos Fernando Cordeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juninho da Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute Ricardinho Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséias Zanette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Broking FC's Oséias Zanette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Tasso in the 30th minute of play. In the 31stth minute of the game Juninho da Cunha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gercinopolis SC's Carlos Fernando Cordeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oséias Zanette showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dadá de Senna in the 42nd minute of the match. Ricardinho Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Oséias Zanette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After a defensive mix-up in Broking FC's zone, Edgar Recife stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oséias Zanette came out of the goal and Edgar Recife tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Broking FC's Nestor de Sousa got a free kick in the 57th minute. When Edgar Recife came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Gercinopolis SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Recife couldn't finish the play. Carlos Fernando Cordeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juninho da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute, Osvaldo Paraíba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Osvaldo Paraíba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Gercinopolis SC booed when Broking FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Guilherme Brodel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gercinopolis SC's Jefferson Leite couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Broking FC. After 79 minutes, Juninho da Cunha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Broking FC and the Gercinopolis SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Broking FC's Juninho da Cunha got a free kick in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Edgar Recife had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oséias Zanette. Broking FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgar Recife was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Oséias Zanette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Recife, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgar Recife scored 3-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oséias Zanette, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Osvaldo Paraíba came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Broking FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Paraíba couldn't finish the play. Gercinopolis SC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Broking FC for a fine match.
