Chiqueirao SS's Silas Barral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Chiqueirao SS from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Chiqueirao SS getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Olívio Queiroz hit a great ball. João Pedro Schmidt was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a rather tough play, Chiqueirao SS's Olívio Queiroz got a free kick in the 31st minute. Silas Barral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomé Fernandes, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 33 played minutes Chiqueirao SS got a freekick which was hit by Doni Velasco. In the 35th minute Tomé Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silas Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Pedro Schmidt couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Tomé Fernandes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silas Barral was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Pedro Schmidt in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silas Barral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Tomé Fernandes came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Iaronka FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomé Fernandes couldn't finish the play. Iaronka FC's João Pedro Schmidt got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Iaronka FC booed when Chiqueirao SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doni Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute of the match Cléber Brito sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silas Barral skillfully saved the ball. João Pedro Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silas Barral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomé Fernandes in the 73rd minute of the match. After having played for 75 minutes, Tomé Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silas Barral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sidney Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Chiqueirao SS's Sidney Senna got a free kick in the 90th minute. Vinícius Coutinho took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vítor Marquez. Iaronka FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hélder Vander charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hélder Vander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The goalkeeper, Vítor Marquez, was totally fooled by Chiqueirao SS's Vinícius Coutinho, who 98 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The Chiqueirao SS players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Iaronka FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
