After 3 played minutes Pokebola got a freekick which was hit by Beto Tande. A collision led to Fontinha getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Dino Paraíba hit a great ball. João Carlos Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Salgado in the 7th minute of play. Válter Furtado hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Walmir Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pokebola's supporters rose to their feet, but Walmir Pena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Carlos Félix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11thth minute of the game Murillo Oliveira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fontinha's João Carlos Félix was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Fontinha's goal looked a bit too open when Beto Tande came free, but João Carlos Félix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Fontinha booed when Pokebola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murillo Oliveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pokebola's Franklin do Vale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Pokebola from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 24 in the game by Amílton Vidal from a close distance when the talented Franklin do Vale managed to make a qualified save. Pokebola's players were relieved. Júlio Meirelles hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute Walmir Pena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carlos Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot by David Matorin from long distance, 35 minutes into the match, got Franklin do Vale's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 35 played minutes Pokebola got a freekick which was hit by Murillo Oliveira. After 40 played minutes Fontinha got a freekick which was hit by Válter Furtado. After 44 minutes of play, Fontinha's Amílton Vidal made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Franklin do Vale was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amílton Tinoco to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Fontinha booed when Pokebola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murillo Oliveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Igor Simão scored 2-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franklin do Vale, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fontinha's João Carlos Félix proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Fontinha from getting a goal against them. In the 58th match minute, Fontinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Matorin to maneuver through the defense. João Carlos Félix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oséias Pontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. With an all-out effort, Pokebola's João Carlos Félix threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Murillo Oliveira, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. João Carlos Félix didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Salgado went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 71st minute, Amílton Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Walmir Pena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. João Carlos Félix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Murillo Oliveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Carlos Félix having to interfere. João Carlos Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murillo Oliveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st match minute, Fontinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiko Antunes to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Murillo Oliveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pokebola's supporters rose to their feet, but Murillo Oliveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Carlos Félix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 94 minutes into the match, Beto Tande dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of João Carlos Félix, 2-3. Pokebola played a much better game than Fontinha and deserved their victory. The Fontinha players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
