Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Chopim's Dedê Sarmento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonathan Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agostinho Palmeira having to interfere. Dedê Sarmento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Erasmo Cosme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erasmo Cosme made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Dedê Sarmento sent off a good shot on target. Agostinho Palmeira came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by InterNacionale's Cauã Félix. But to his dismay, Cauã Félix quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rubens Amorim during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Nilton Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseu Messias kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. A hard shot by Alberto Favoretto from long distance, 30 minutes into the match, got Erasmo Cosme's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Dedê Sarmento's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Erasmo Cosme firmly grabbed it by the left post. Dedê Sarmento's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Erasmo Cosme skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Serginho Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cauã Félix to strike the kick off in the second half. Cauã Félix hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Rubens Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 71 minutes of play, Chopim's Dedê Sarmento made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erasmo Cosme was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dedê Sarmento struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Erasmo Cosme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chopim. Erasmo Cosme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dedê Sarmento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Jonathan Ortiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of InterNacionale booed when Chopim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Murillo Bittencourt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agostinho Palmeira acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 94th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lúcio Motta. InterNacionale were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Chopim to leave the ground with a draw.
