Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ciro Ortiz kicked off to start the match. Bebeto Arósio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rui Coelho having to make a save. After 9 played minutes Abapa got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Guilherme Neves. After 10 played minutes, LITLE ITALY SC's Manfredo Abraão shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rui Coelho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LITLE ITALY SC reached it. Adolfo Baptista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ciro Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Abapa getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Carlos Alberto Dracena hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the match, LITLE ITALY SC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Ortiz came free, but Hernán Barcoj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, LITLE ITALY SC's Biagio Lemme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rui Coelho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 41st minute, LITLE ITALY SC's Manfredo Abraão dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 44 minutes into the game, Dagoberto da Cunha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. LITLE ITALY SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Abapa the free kick. Adrianinho Prata was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 46th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Manfredo Abraão made the kick off in the second half. Carlos Alberto Dracena's late challenge caught a LITLE ITALY SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Alberto Dracena helped the player get up and apologised. Carlos Alberto Dracena hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. When Manfredo Abraão came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the LITLE ITALY SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manfredo Abraão couldn't finish the play. 53 minutes into the match, LITLE ITALY SC's Biagio Lemme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rui Coelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Bebeto Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manfredo Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Rui Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bebeto Arósio struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Rui Coelho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LITLE ITALY SC. After 82 minutes, José Carlos Matos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Abapa and the LITLE ITALY SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. José Carlos Matos kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Biagio Lemme took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rui Coelho. Rui Coelho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Hernán Barcoj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Ortiz in the 88th minute of play. Biagio Lemme hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Adrianinho Prata sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and LITLE ITALY SC's Hernán Barcoj didn't even have to move. LITLE ITALY SC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
