With a little luck, Iraquara's Benê Nogueira got control of the ball when Joey Fuentes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tzanko Toshkin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from César Diniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joey Fuentes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brasília FC's Tzanko Toshkin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aníbal Vinhas in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brasília FC's goalkeeper Tzanko Toshkin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Brasília FC's Joey Fuentes got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benê Nogueira made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Joey Fuentes sent off a good shot on target. When Joey Fuentes came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Brasília FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joey Fuentes couldn't finish the play. Tzanko Toshkin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aníbal Vinhas in the 47th minute of the match.

An unexpectedly hard shot by César Diniz in the 51st minute of play forced Brasília FC's goalkeeper Tzanko Toshkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aníbal Vinhas might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tzanko Toshkin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aníbal Vinhas ran back to his position shaking his head. Tzanko Toshkin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aníbal Vinhas in the 56th minute. After having played for 59 minutes, Naldo Félix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brasília FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Naldo Félix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joey Fuentes in the 60th minute of play forced Iraquara's goalkeeper Benê Nogueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tzanko Toshkin made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Aníbal Vinhas sent off a good shot on target. Tzanko Toshkin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from César Diniz in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Bernardinho Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benê Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joey Fuentes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 played minutes Brasília FC got a freekick which was hit by Hamílton Arósio. In the 74th match minute, Brasília FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamílton Arósio to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Iraquara's Tzanko Toshkin threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from César Diniz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Aníbal Vinhas came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tzanko Toshkin could save by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Naldo Félix managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brasília FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Naldo Félix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benê Nogueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 86 minutes into the match, Brasília FC's goalkeeper Tzanko Toshkin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aníbal Vinhas. In the 93rd minute, Hamílton Arósio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brasília FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Iraquara to leave the ground with a draw.
