Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Alan Abreu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Candiba SS getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Armando Mota hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, Restauraco's Dagoberto Barbosa broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Waldemar Dante came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Candiba SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Dante couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Restauraco's Alan Abreu got a free kick in the 13th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Waldemar Dante in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cipriano Queirós prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alan Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Geovânio Gerber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Juarês Meira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Restauraco's supporters rose to their feet, but Juarês Meira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geovânio Gerber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th match minute, Candiba SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauã Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. When Waldemar Dante came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Candiba SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Dante couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Waldemar Dante to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Restauraco got a freekick which was hit by Dagoberto Barbosa. After having played for 54 minutes, Márcio Rezende managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Candiba SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Márcio Rezende was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alan Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Geovânio Gerber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cipriano Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldemar Dante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 61 minutes into the match, Candiba SS's goalkeeper Geovânio Gerber had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alan Abreu. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Arnaldo da Costa sped through Restauraco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cipriano Queirós. Waldemar Dante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Queirós having to interfere. If Arnaldo da Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 78 minutes, Arnaldo da Costa made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Restauraco's Cipriano Queirós tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Restauraco's zone, Waldemar Dante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Queirós came out of the goal and Waldemar Dante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cipriano Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo da Costa in the 82nd minute of the match. Cipriano Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Dante in the 90th minute of play. Restauraco's Cipriano Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo da Costa in the 92nd minute of play. In the 97th minute Arnaldo da Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
