Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Felipe Corrêa made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 7 minutes, Manoel Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guiratinga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manoel Neves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Sarvuela's Serafim de Senna got a free kick in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Sarvuela's goal looked a bit too open when Manoel Neves came free, but Magno Veloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chiquinho Veiga in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luciano Pitta saved Guiratinga from getting behind. Magno Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Jacinto in the 22nd minute of play. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Manoel Neves sped through Sarvuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Magno Veloso. Felipe Corrêa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Luciano Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manoel Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guiratinga's Luciano Pitta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Corrêa in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Hugo Zonta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guiratinga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sarvuela the free kick. After 36 played minutes Guiratinga got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Zonta. Chiquinho Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Pitta having to interfere. A collision led to Sarvuela getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Dudu Martins hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciro Jacinto made a kick off. Ciro Jacinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Sarvuela's Magno Veloso got control of the ball when Manoel Neves tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Guiratinga's Manoel Neves slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Magno Veloso. That made the score 0-2 after 56 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chiquinho Veiga in the 60th minute of play forced Guiratinga's goalkeeper Luciano Pitta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Pitta came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sarvuela's Chiquinho Veiga. But to his dismay, Chiquinho Veiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Guiratinga's Ciro Jacinto got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Chiquinho Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Luciano Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 74 played minutes Guiratinga got a freekick which was hit by Váldson Hermes. The Sarvuela fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Sarvuela's Chiquinho Veiga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sarvuela's Magno Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Váldson Hermes in the 81st minute of play. The supporters of Sarvuela booed when Guiratinga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Jacinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felipe Corrêa struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Luciano Pitta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sarvuela. Chiquinho Veiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manoel Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Magno Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Guiratinga's zone, Chiquinho Veiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luciano Pitta came out of the goal and Chiquinho Veiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
