Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Richard Vander started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Wanderson Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Vander in the 7th minute of play forced 4 de Julho F.C.'s goalkeeper Amadeu Tepedino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richard Vander scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amadeu Tepedino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wanderson Neto in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amadeu Tepedino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Percy Hames hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Amadeu Tepedino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wanderson Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Caracituba's Róbson Quaresma to fire away a dangerous shot which Amadeu Tepedino despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 4 de Julho F.C.'s Amadeu Tepedino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wanderson Neto in the 17th minute of play. When Aluísio Guerra came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the 4 de Julho F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aluísio Guerra couldn't finish the play. In the 20th minute Tomé Toscano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glauco Cerezo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Caracituba's Richard Vander got a free kick in the 25th minute. Aluísio Guerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Aluísio Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The 4 de Julho F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when 4 de Julho F.C.'s Aluísio Guerra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomé Toscano during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tomé Toscano kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The supporters of 4 de Julho F.C. booed when Caracituba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Augusto Urbano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 41 played minutes Caracituba got a freekick which was hit by José Augusto Urbano. Caracituba's Glauco Cerezo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Caracituba from getting a goal against them. Richard Vander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeu Tepedino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardo Paranaense during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 48th match minute, 4 de Julho F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Paranaense to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Richard Vander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Tepedino having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Tomé Toscano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Glauco Cerezo was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. If Aluísio Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, one of 4 de Julho F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for 4 de Julho F.C.. In the 86th minute, Caracituba got a penalty, and Róbson Quaresma placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. When Tomé Toscano came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the 4 de Julho F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomé Toscano couldn't finish the play. Wanderson Neto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Caracituba had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
