The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Clube Atlético Park getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Ismael Brasil hit a great ball. 3 minutes into the game, Raí Marinho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vítor de Almeida. Raí Marinho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Marcelo Mattos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vítor de Almeida having to make a save. Gildo Meireles kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Park's goalkeeper Vítor de Almeida had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raí Marinho. Vítor de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Mattos in the 17th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Tucunduva's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Tasso came free, but Eriberto Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliézer Queiroz hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Frank Tasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raí Marinho got free with Vítor de Almeida in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cláudio Mesquita charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cláudio Mesquita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cláudio Mesquita hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Mattos in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vítor de Almeida prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34th play minute Raí Marinho came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vítor de Almeida. 3-0. If Clemente Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tucunduva's Eriberto Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Matos in the 47th minute of play.

Eriberto Souza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Tasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Caio Mangueira charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Caio Mangueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Tucunduva's Caio Mangueira got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Frank Tasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Marcelo Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute Marcelo Mattos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor de Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vítor de Almeida stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raí Marinho's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Raí Marinho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vítor de Almeida having to make a save. After 76 played minutes Clube Atlético Park got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Salles. Tucunduva's Marcelo Mattos got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Tucunduva getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Caio Mangueira hit a great ball. Raí Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Raí Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
