Ramón Castros short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Cacá Diniz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 20th minute Edmílson Mesquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Augusto Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute Luiz Guilherme Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cacá Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fábio da Rocha hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Cacá Diniz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramón Castro in the 38th minute. Ramón Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Mamata's Jefferson Félix dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2.
The wind increased when Hugo Hermes made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Augusto Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Hermes in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramón Castro in the 56th minute of play forced Moleques EC's goalkeeper Cacá Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Mamata booed when Moleques EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Alberto Faustino didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Edmílson Mesquita took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Pedro Augusto Luz to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Moleques EC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Carlos Alberto Faustino hit a great ball. Ramón Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute of the match Dudu Borges sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cacá Diniz skillfully saved the ball. If Jefferson Félix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Augusto Luz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Hermes, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Cacá Diniz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramón Castro's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. A collision led to Moleques EC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Samuca Faustino hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, Mamata's Dudu Borges broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Moleques EC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
