Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leonel Paes started the match with the kick off. In the 15th minute, Tony Tepedino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Dinei Abreu fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baracaja's protests and gave Dinei Abreu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, Baracaja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dinei Abreu to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonel Paes in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Antunes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 27 played minutes Baracaja got a freekick which was hit by Dinei Abreu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Paes in the 32nd minute of play forced Baracaja's goalkeeper Marcos Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Rafa da Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Baracaja's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafa da Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeu Rodrigues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 44th minute, Tony Tepedino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafa da Silva made a kick off. When Rafa da Silva came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Baracaja fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafa da Silva couldn't finish the play. After having played for 60 minutes, Luís do Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Conani's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís do Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Conani's goal looked a bit too open when Rafa da Silva came free, but Amadeu Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeu Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafa da Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. If Cristian Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Conani's zone, Tony Tepedino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeu Rodrigues came out of the goal and Tony Tepedino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcos Antunes made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Luís do Nascimento sent off a good shot on target. Dinei Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Leonel Paes fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of Baracaja booed when Conani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Percival Paraense didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Tepedino in the 91st minute of play forced Conani's goalkeeper Amadeu Rodrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Baracaja's goal looked a bit too open when Leonel Paes came free, but Marcos Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conani's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
