Tadeu Mendonça started the match with the kick off. Samuel Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeu Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After 6 played minutes Coritiba Boqueirão F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Juarês Tasso. William Jacinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Figueiredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeu Mendonça in the 11th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Coritiba Boqueirão F. C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramón Abreu to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Coritiba Boqueirão F. C. booed when Pumas AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeu Mendonça in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samuel Figueiredo saved Coritiba Boqueirão F. C. from getting behind. The supporters of Pumas AC booed when Coritiba Boqueirão F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juarês Tasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Figueiredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. William Jacinto struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Samuel Figueiredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pumas AC. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juarês Tasso to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Franklin de Amorim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pumas AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coritiba Boqueirão F. C. the free kick. Franklin de Amorim kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. William Jacinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If William Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When William Jacinto came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Pumas AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that William Jacinto couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes in the game, Juarês Tasso fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Durval Negri having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Coritiba Boqueirão F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when William Jacinto came free, but Samuel Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aníbal Paiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89thth minute of the game William Jacinto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coritiba Boqueirão F. C.'s Samuel Figueiredo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeu Mendonça in the 91st minute of play forced Coritiba Boqueirão F. C.'s goalkeeper Samuel Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juarês Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Durval Negri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Coritiba Boqueirão F. C. players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Pumas AC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
