Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Macoapani's Nico Moraes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aloísio Loyola kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Emilio's Hermínio Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandro Messias in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of Emilio booed when Macoapani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natanael de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Macoapani's Alex Guerra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Macoapani from getting a goal against them. If Sandro Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Nico Moraes came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Macoapani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nico Moraes couldn't finish the play. If Frederico Guedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th of the match, Frederico Guedes tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Alex Guerra got in the way and made a wonderful save. Frederico Guedes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frederico Guedes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Emilio defense, Sandro Messias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hermínio Marques. The Emilio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hermínio Marques should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Nico Moraes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hermínio Marques was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. When Frederico Guedes came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Emilio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frederico Guedes couldn't finish the play. Natanael de Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Evandro Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Guerra having to interfere. If Evandro Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Guerra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frederico Guedes's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Evandro Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermínio Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Messias in the 82nd minute of the match. Macoapani's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
