Luiz Guilherme Paranaense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rubinho Barros in the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelino Macedo in the 7th minute of play forced Vanzera F. C.'s goalkeeper Eliseu Pena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Raphael Medeiros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vanzera F. C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Nylooks the free kick. The supporters of Real Nylooks booed when Vanzera F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Medeiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luiz Guilherme Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rubinho Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Rosado's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eliseu Pena firmly grabbed it by the left post. Real Nylooks's Luiz Guilherme Paranaense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rubinho Barros in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute Luiz Gustavo Varela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Guilherme Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vanzera F. C.'s Ernesto Neiva got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Real Nylooks's Breno Pinheiro quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Manoel Tande, made in the 35th minute of the game. Ernesto Neiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Real Nylooks getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Breno Pinheiro hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Washington Velasco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Real Nylooks's Luiz Guilherme Paranaense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Real Nylooks from getting a goal against them. Eliseu Pena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudu Souza in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Real Nylooks booed when Vanzera F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geraldo Vianna didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dudu Souza in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliseu Pena saved Vanzera F. C. from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adelino Macedo in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eliseu Pena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pedro Luís Leme struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Eliseu Pena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Nylooks. In the 65th minute, Adelino Macedo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eliseu Pena was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Nylooks's goalkeeper Luiz Guilherme Paranaense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Luís Leme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Eliseu Pena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Richard Rosado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu Pena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 84 minutes of play, Real Nylooks's Richard Rosado made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eliseu Pena was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eliseu Pena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adelino Macedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. With a little luck, Real Nylooks's Luiz Guilherme Paranaense got control of the ball when Rubinho Barros tried to sneak it across the goal line.
