Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Belchior Souto started the match with the kick off. Delfim Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Amorim in the 5th minute of play. Cláudio da Mata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Angelo Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Belchior Souto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelo Luz. Jucara SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Belchior Souto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alberto Sarmento during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Jucara SC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Alberto Sarmento hit a great ball. Cláudio da Mata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Luz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belchior Souto in the 33rd minute of play forced Jucara SC's goalkeeper Angelo Luz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Perivaldo de Castro struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Angelo Luz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ibiracatu EC. If Belchior Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Perivaldo de Castro came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Ibiracatu EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Perivaldo de Castro couldn't finish the play. Ernesto Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Delfim Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Souto's late challenge caught a Ibiracatu EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armando Souto helped the player get up and apologised. If Cláudio da Mata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Jucara SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ibiracatu EC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernesto Amorim to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Ernesto Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jucara SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernesto Amorim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delfim Martins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alberto Sarmento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Delfim Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ibiracatu EC's zone, Ernesto Amorim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delfim Martins came out of the goal and Ernesto Amorim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Delfim Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernesto Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernesto Amorim took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delfim Martins. Delfim Martins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Belchior Souto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Angelo Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cláudio da Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Ibiracatu EC's Perivaldo de Castro got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute Armando Souto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 84 in the game by Cláudio da Mata from a close distance when the talented Angelo Luz managed to make a qualified save. Jucara SC's players were relieved. Cláudio da Mata could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Angelo Luz made a huge save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ibiracatu EC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
