Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dadá Pires got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Granzato getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Roger Salgado hit a great ball. Valdomiro Mandrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Anselmo Mattos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7thth minute of the game Zé Roberto Severo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Granzato's Anselmo Mattos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute, Cido Xavier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th match minute, Granzato was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Salgado to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Granzato booed when Sanganha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agnaldo Marinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cido Xavier's late challenge caught a Granzato's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cido Xavier helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes Sanganha got a freekick which was hit by Cido Xavier. Granzato's Anselmo Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Roberto Severo in the 23rd minute of play. Zé Roberto Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Anselmo Mattos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardinho Fonseca, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Valdomiro Mandrak struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Anselmo Mattos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sanganha. Zé Roberto Severo might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anselmo Mattos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zé Roberto Severo ran back to his position shaking his head.

After 61 played minutes Granzato got a freekick which was hit by Magno do Vale. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Valdomiro Mandrak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sanganha's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdomiro Mandrak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Mattos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Acácio Prata in the 64th minute of play forced Sanganha's goalkeeper Marcelo Ferraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Dadá Pires put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marcelo Ferraz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Acácio Prata in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelo Ferraz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dadá Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Marcelo Ferraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Granzato's goalkeeper Anselmo Mattos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 79 minutes into the game, Magno do Vale was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Granzato's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sanganha the free kick. In the 79th minute, Magno do Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Acácio Prata recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valdomiro Mandrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Anselmo Mattos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Roger Salgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anselmo Mattos came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Sanganha's Valdomiro Mandrak. But to his dismay, Valdomiro Mandrak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The Sanganha players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
