When Banca's Claudinho Cosme in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Felippe Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Banca's Claudinho Cosme got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 79th minute, one of Itatiaia F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Itatiaia F.C. Adhemar da Costa placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Claudinho Cosme got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Claudinho Cosme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 93rd minute of the match Felippe Mendes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luiz Gustavo Coelho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Itatiaia F.C's Augusto Gaspar got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Urbano in the 96th minute of play forced Itatiaia F.C's goalkeeper João Francisco Mesquita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Banca players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Itatiaia F.C from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
