Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Caco Soares made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd match minute, Cuiaba FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Paulo Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. Elói Luz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oswaldo Severo's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Elói Luz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caco Soares in the 10th minute of the match. Susto AD's Cristian Recife played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Eduardo de Brito in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Olívio Zanette got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zé Paulo Mesquita hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Dé Lara charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dé Lara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Susto AD getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Dé Lara hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Susto AD's zone, Olívio Zanette stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Recife came out of the goal and Olívio Zanette tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute, Dadá Hermes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olívio Zanette recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Susto AD's goalkeeper Cristian Recife had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olívio Zanette. 34 minutes into the match, Oswaldo Severo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elói Luz. Cuiaba FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oswaldo Severo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Caco Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Elói Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Olívio Zanette had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 45 minutes, Oswaldo Severo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Susto AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oswaldo Severo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olívio Zanette made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Caco Soares reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Elói Luz. The goal made the score 0-2. Dadá Hermes kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Susto AD's Cristian Recife played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dadá Hermes in the 72nd minute of play. Caco Soares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Oswaldo Severo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Elói Luz made a huge save. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cuiaba FC! Oswaldo Severo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Susto AD players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
