In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Estefania SC's goalkeeper João Adolfo Arantes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kiko Lira in the 6th minute of play forced Susto AD's goalkeeper Cristian Recife to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Susto AD defense, Léo dos Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristian Recife. The Susto AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristian Recife should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oswaldo Severo in the 12th minute of play forced Estefania SC's goalkeeper João Adolfo Arantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Léo dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Susto AD's Carlos Tepedino got a free kick in the 15th minute. Elano Fantini took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for João Adolfo Arantes. Estefania SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cristian Recife made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kiko Lira in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Benê Gerber was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estefania SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Susto AD the free kick. Léo dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Recife having to interfere. A collision led to Susto AD getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Dé Lara hit a great ball. Léo dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 38 minutes, Abelardo Gonçalves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estefania SC and the Susto AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Caco Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. João Adolfo Arantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caco Soares's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Adolfo Arantes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. With a little luck, Estefania SC's João Adolfo Arantes got control of the ball when Oswaldo Severo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Estefania SC's Léo dos Santos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Caco Soares was the one to do the kick off. Caco Soares hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Estefania SC's goal looked a bit too open when Caco Soares came free, but João Adolfo Arantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Léo dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Recife saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Caco Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Adolfo Arantes having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Estefania SC's goal looked a bit too open when Oswaldo Severo came free, but João Adolfo Arantes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Léo dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oswaldo Severo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Estefania SC's João Adolfo Arantes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caco Soares in the 82nd minute of play. Oswaldo Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. João Adolfo Arantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Adolfo Arantes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caco Soares, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Susto AD's Oswaldo Severo got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 93 minutes, Caco Soares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Susto AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caco Soares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Susto AD supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Estefania SC's performance. The match ended with a win for Estefania SC.
