Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Caio Sena made the kick off and thus started the match. Enrique Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Vito Carioca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliézer Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caio Sena in the 9th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raphael Batista in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vito Carioca saved Penapolis SS from getting behind. In the 11th minute Dudu Loureiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vito Carioca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13th play minutes Dudu Loureiro shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Vito Carioca and just under the crossbar into goal. After 15 played minutes Penapolis SS got a freekick which was hit by Vladimir Varela. Talisma's Eliézer Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caio Sena in the 19th minute of play. Vito Carioca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dudu Loureiro in the 21st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Hoffmann in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vito Carioca saved Penapolis SS from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael Batista in the 29th minute of play forced Penapolis SS's goalkeeper Vito Carioca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vito Carioca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raphael Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Talisma's Enrique Hoffmann got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vito Carioca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raphael Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Raphael Batista took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vito Carioca. Vito Carioca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 43rd minute Dudu Loureiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vito Carioca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Hoffmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dudu Loureiro made a kick off. Benê Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Vito Carioca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dudu Loureiro in the 54th minute of play forced Penapolis SS's goalkeeper Vito Carioca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Penapolis SS's Vito Carioca got control of the ball when Enrique Hoffmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. Raphael Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vito Carioca having to interfere. Vito Carioca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudu Loureiro in the 60th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dudu Loureiro in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vito Carioca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco Vale during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Marco Vale hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Flávio Tepedinos short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Vito Carioca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 0-3 became the score in the 70th minute when Enrique Hoffmann elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Raphael Batista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vito Carioca. Penapolis SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raphael Batista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 78 minutes into the match, Talisma's Raphael Batista sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vito Carioca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Raphael Batista fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talisma's protests and gave Raphael Batista a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Penapolis SS booed when Talisma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Batista didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Dudu Loureiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Afonso Viana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vito Carioca came out and tried to block the shot, but Afonso Viana slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 95th minute. Talisma's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
