Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilian Zilles to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Fantini in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nilson Lucas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 92 minutes, Joel Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bacaubas EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Branco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Joel Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bacaubas EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Branco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nilson Lucas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joel Branco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nilson Lucas firmly grabbed it by the left post. Arlindo Arce made a great header on Bacaubas EC's corner, it was just that Fervo Atlético Club's Nilson Lucas managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match was over Bacaubas EC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fervo Atlético Club throughout the match.
