Luiz Gustavo Madureira's late challenge caught a Jungle Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell João Zonta to make the kick off. Luan Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Zonta in the 62nd minute of the match. João Zonta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luan Pontes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Jungle Team's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Moraes came free, but Luan Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Tostão Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luan Pontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Zonta, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute.
