Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eurico Sampaio got the match started through his kick off. Eurico Sampaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álvaro Leão having to interfere. Álvaro Leão stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Artur Prado's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Álvaro Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Prado in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Arapari booed when Brasilândia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovânio Sergipano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eurico Sampaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Álvaro Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Artur Prado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osmar Luz got free with Dráuzio Toledo in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Álvaro Leão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eurico Sampaio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arapari's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Dedé Bertassi scored to the left of an out of position Dráuzio Toledo, making the score, 1-0. Álvaro Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eurico Sampaio in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute Artur Prado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Arapari's Dráuzio Toledo got control of the ball when Osmar Luz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vladimir Linares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Álvaro Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Álvaro Leão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eurico Sampaio in the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dedé Bertassi was the one to do the kick off. Dráuzio Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedé Bertassi, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wilian Paraibano during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Arapari getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Wilian Paraibano hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Brasilândia FC's Jorginho Mandrak got a free kick in the 58th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Artur Prado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Álvaro Leão. That made the score 1-1 in the 59 minute of play. Eurico Sampaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dráuzio Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osmar Luz in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Brasilândia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eurico Sampaio came free, but Álvaro Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. From a short distance, Arapari's Eurico Sampaio, in the 74th minute, tried to place the ball behind Álvaro Leão, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. A hard shot by Nuno Tasso from long distance, 75 minutes into the match, got Álvaro Leão's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Artur Prado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Álvaro Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eurico Sampaio in the 89th minute of play. If Artur Prado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eurico Sampaio in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Álvaro Leão saved Brasilândia FC from getting behind. In the 93rd match minute, Brasilândia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natanael da Costa to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Arapari's Eurico Sampaio got a free kick in the 96th minute. Arapari were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
