Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jeferson Varela took the kick off in the first half of the match. Igor Corrêa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Nelson Brasil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ubaitaba's Noel Baptista got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Noel Baptista got free with Clemente Botelho in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ubaitaba's Jeferson Varela got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 12th minute Ubaitaba were awarded a corner. Gabriel Antunes went to the cornerflag to take it. After 12 played minutes Ubaitaba got a freekick which was hit by Erivaldo Brasil. It looked like it might be really tough for the goalie to handle, but the shot went into the stands to the left of Clemente Botelho. The audience thought a goal was coming when Noel Baptista got free with Clemente Botelho in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Igor Corrêa scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nelson Brasil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Corrêa in the 24th minute of play forced Ubaitaba's goalkeeper Nelson Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Ubaitaba's goal looked a bit too open when Dorival Campidelis came free, but Nelson Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Noel Baptista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ubaitaba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fugida EC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ubaitaba's Noel Baptista got a free kick in the 28th minute. The penalty shot was made by Dorian Carvalho, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ubaitaba's Nelson Brasil. 0-2. Nelson Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Corrêa in the 39th minute of the match. Noel Baptista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clemente Botelho having to make a save. Noel Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. The wind increased when Igor Corrêa made the kick off in the second half. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Fugida EC's Igor Corrêa in the 55th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Nelson Brasil was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Ubaitaba through an amazing save. Ubaitaba's Nelson Brasil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Ubaitaba from getting a goal against them. Conrado de Amaral's late challenge caught a Fugida EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrado de Amaral helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st match minute, Ubaitaba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. Dorival Campidelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Nelson Brasil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 69 minutes, Fernandinho Donato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fugida EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fernandinho Donato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Corrêa in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nelson Brasil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonel Severo charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonel Severo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leonel Severo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Allan Vides got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nelson Brasil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dorival Campidelis in the 86th minute. If Noel Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Fugida EC's zone, Noel Baptista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Botelho came out of the goal and Noel Baptista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle went the supporters of Fugida EC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Ubaitaba side.
