Bebeto Donatello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 47 minutes into the match, Ananatuba's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Arósio came free, but Celsinho Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Róbson Porto charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 90th minute, Fiori do Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Nado SS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ananatuba's performance. The match ended with a win for Ananatuba.
