Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Tirirca AD's goal looked a bit too open when Serafim de Amaral came free, but Valdemar Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafim de Amaral scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valdemar Fontes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Danguer's Norberto Antunes got a free kick in the 9th minute. Vitinho Lago might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valdemar Fontes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vitinho Lago ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Tirirca AD getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Glauco Cardoso hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, Danguer's goalkeeper Luiz Melo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baltazar Torres. With a little luck, Danguer's Luiz Melo got control of the ball when Baltazar Torres tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baltazar Torres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Luiz Melo made a huge save. Valdemar Fontes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vitinho Lago's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. The Danguer fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Danguer's Serafim de Amaral looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Serafim de Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Valdemar Fontes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Tirirca AD defense, Norberto Antunes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdemar Fontes. The Tirirca AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdemar Fontes should have stopped the shot. Vitinho Lago recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tirirca AD's Valdemar Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafim de Amaral in the 41st minute of play. Valdemar Fontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafim de Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vitinho Lago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Valdemar Fontes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luís Gustavo Cearense was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Serafim de Amaral dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Valdemar Fontes, 0-4. 56 minutes into the match, Serafim de Amaral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valdemar Fontes. Tirirca AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Serafim de Amaral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 64 minutes into the match, Serafim de Amaral dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Valdemar Fontes, 0-6. Tirirca AD's Valdemar Fontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafim de Amaral in the 72nd minute of play. Valdemar Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafim de Amaral in the 77th minute of play. After having played for 81 minutes, Serafim de Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Danguer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafim de Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 85 played minutes, Danguer's Rony Antunes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Valdemar Fontes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Danguer reached it. Tirirca AD's Valdemar Fontes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Tirirca AD from getting a goal against them.
