When Claudinei Ramos fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Breves EC's protests and gave Claudinei Ramos a yellow card for diving instead. Claudinei Ramos hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute Erasmo Maia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otávio Penha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rubinho Pereira hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Jubaia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Breves EC.
