Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Márcio Medeiros started the match with the kick off. If Jânio Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Walmir Severo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusébio Moreno was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcos Magalhães in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusébio Moreno saved BAMOR FC from getting behind. Walmir Severo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Moreno having to interfere. BAMOR FC's Eusébio Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Magalhães in the 27th minute of play. BAMOR FC's Luís Gustavo Gaúcho shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 31st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Caio Valadares but with some difficulty. After a defensive mix-up in BAMOR FC's zone, Hílton Pernambucano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eusébio Moreno came out of the goal and Hílton Pernambucano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 37 minutes, Walmir Severo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vere EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walmir Severo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hílton Pernambucano charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hílton Pernambucano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 39 played minutes Vere EC got a freekick which was hit by Hílton Pernambucano. Hílton Pernambucano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Eusébio Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walmir Severo in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusébio Moreno saved BAMOR FC from getting behind. Eusébio Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Magalhães in the 46th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcos Magalhães to make the kick off. Marcos Magalhães might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eusébio Moreno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcos Magalhães ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcos Magalhães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilvan Tasso during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eusébio Moreno came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Vere EC's Kléberson Freire. But to his dismay, Kléberson Freire quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Caio Valadares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márcio Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Walmir Severo made a precise shot to the right of Eusébio Moreno. BAMOR FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Walmir Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Eusébio Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusébio Moreno made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Walmir Severo sent off a good shot on target. 87 minutes into the game, Marcos Magalhães recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eusébio Moreno. Marcos Magalhães showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Eusébio Moreno was a little too slow when Marcos Magalhães got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-5. Marcos Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Eusébio Moreno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The BAMOR FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vere EC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
