Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Márcio Medeiros took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6 played minutes BAMOR FC got a freekick which was hit by Mané Seco. Jânio Maciel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the match, BAMOR FC's goalkeeper Eusébio Moreno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dinei Tepedino. In the 19th minute Capinal AD were awarded a corner. Vinícius de Souza went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Capinal AD's Vinícius de Souza to fire away a dangerous shot which Eusébio Moreno despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Anselmo Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márcio Medeiros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dinei Tepedino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Eusébio Moreno made a huge save. With his leg Eusébio Moreno managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Capinal AD's Dinei Tepedino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurinho Freire in the 35th minute of play forced BAMOR FC's goalkeeper Eusébio Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dinei Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lenílson Tavares kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After 43 minutes, Agostinho Monteiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Capinal AD and the BAMOR FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 43rd minute, Agostinho Monteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusébio Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durvalino do Vale in the 48th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dinei Tepedino to make the kick off. Anselmo Veiga was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Hílton Mota capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hílton Mota really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. If Maurinho Freire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lenílson Tavares hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Anselmo Veiga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jânio Maciel in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute, Iuri Pernambucano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 74 minutes, Maurinho Freire managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capinal AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maurinho Freire was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dinei Tepedino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Maurinho Freire got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Capinal AD's zone, Jânio Maciel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anselmo Veiga came out of the goal and Jânio Maciel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind BAMOR FC's goalkeeper Eusébio Moreno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eusébio Moreno came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Capinal AD's Maurinho Freire. But to his dismay, Maurinho Freire quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.
