Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when José Pedro Quintal got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Reriutaba's Alexandre Salles sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Charles Teles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Jaquipe's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Salles came free, but Charles Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute, José Pedro Quintal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Pedro Quintal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Caetano Esteves having to make a save. Caetano Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Pedro Quintal in the 19th minute of the match. Caetano Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Pedro Quintal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Pedro Quintal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Caetano Esteves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match, José Pedro Quintal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Caetano Esteves saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alexandre Salles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Walmyr Proença got free with Caetano Esteves in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Jaquipe defense, Alexandre Salles kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Charles Teles. The Jaquipe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charles Teles should have stopped the shot. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Alexandre Salles made the kick off in the second half. Walmyr Proença received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Caetano Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Pedro Quintal in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caetano Esteves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 54th minute, Matheus Fontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedito Loureiro hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Charles Teles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Salles in the 58th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Jaquipe defense, Paulo José Cosme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Charles Teles. The Jaquipe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charles Teles should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Reriutaba's Samuel Dias got a free kick in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the match, José Pedro Quintal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Caetano Esteves. Reriutaba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Pedro Quintal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Gernando do Nascimento's late challenge caught a Reriutaba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gernando do Nascimento helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute, Gernando do Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedito Loureiro kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Charles Teles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Salles in the 78th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, José Pedro Quintal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Charles Teles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Salles, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After some careless play in the Reriutaba defense, Walmyr Proença kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Caetano Esteves. The Reriutaba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Caetano Esteves should have stopped the shot. 96 minutes into the match, Reriutaba's goal looked a bit too open when José Pedro Quintal came free, but Caetano Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Jaquipe players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
