Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rubens Proença got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th match minute, Marcelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeca Dias to maneuver through the defense. Marcelo's Luiz Gustavo Cabral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Marcelo from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Los CueCas's Gonçalo Barreto got a free kick in the 12th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Los CueCas's zone, Erasmo de Queiroz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jefferson Saraiva came out of the goal and Erasmo de Queiroz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 15 minutes into the match, Zeca Dias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jefferson Saraiva. Los CueCas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zeca Dias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Luciano Esteves took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Gustavo Cabral. Luiz Gustavo Cabral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, Los CueCas's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo de Queiroz came free, but Jefferson Saraiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Los CueCas's Gonçalo Barreto got a free kick in the 25th minute. Jefferson Saraiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeca Dias in the 26th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Marcelo's goalkeeper Luiz Gustavo Cabral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gonçalo Barreto. Luciano Esteves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luiz Gustavo Cabral having to make a save. After 33 played minutes Marcelo got a freekick which was hit by Ulysses Amaral. 36 minutes in the game Rubens Proença got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Luciano Esteves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luiz Gustavo Cabral having to make a save. Luiz Gustavo Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubens Proença in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Los CueCas booed when Marcelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Víktor Esteves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rubens Proença in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luiz Gustavo Cabral, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

Eliseu Simões struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Luiz Gustavo Cabral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los CueCas. When Zeca Dias came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Marcelo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeca Dias couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Marcelo's zone, Luciano Esteves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Gustavo Cabral came out of the goal and Luciano Esteves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luciano Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the game, Eliseu Simões cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Luiz Gustavo Cabral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 78 minutes of play, Los CueCas's Rubens Proença made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Gustavo Cabral was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luiz Gustavo Cabral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Esteves in the 85th minute of the match. In the 85th match minute, Marcelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Valadares to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubens Proença in the 91st minute of play forced Marcelo's goalkeeper Luiz Gustavo Cabral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Esteves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rubens Proença received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Luiz Gustavo Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Los CueCas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
