Nelson Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giovani Rosa in the 18th minute of the match. Nelson Azevedo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robinho Toledo in the 20th minute. Robinho Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robinho Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nelson Azevedo having to interfere. Estrellas's Nelson Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovani Rosa in the 61st minute of play. The audience held their breath when Waldemar Passos in the 65th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Matías Moreira's left hand side. If Ezequiel Galvão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Matías Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Galvão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Ezequiel Galvão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matías Moreira was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Estrellas's goalkeeper Nelson Azevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nelson Azevedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Robinho Toledo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
